She employs impeccable planning to achieve dazzling results. She has a bachelor's in management, an MBA and Masters in Human Services/Marriage and Family Counseling. Her passion is to help others in all she does.

Just A Formality began as an event decorating company in 1984, specializing in wedding décor, balloon sculptures, arches, table décor including floral design, and other decorations that were theme or color based depending on the event, locale, and clients' expectations.
